Actor Zayed Khan says that when it comes to endorsements he gives preference to those suiting his popular image.

‘Endorsements are the cream on the cake. it is very important to be attentive and serious about your image while choosing ads. i endorse a brand not keeping in mind the sense of responsibility but something that fits my persona and lifestyle,’ Zayed told.

His film by the same name may have bombed but that hasn’t stopped Zayed Khan from having rockstar aspirations. His clothes say it all. And when the guy gets a hysterical welcome from PYTs, his reaction is worthy of a rockstar.

“i love this part of my job,” says Zayed as girls around him shout out his name aloud. “The love fans give you is the best part of being an actor… it is euphoric,” he adds.

And what are the other facets of the job he loves, other than adulation? “Endorsements,” says the actor, tongue firmly in cheek. “They are the icing on the cake. in fact, after endorsing clothes and stuff, i now want to join the big league and endorse planes,” he continues. Zayed Khan was in Delhi to promote a new brand of footwear labeled Rockstar. The new range of shoes is young and trendy and who else than Zayed could be a better face for this young brand. He turned to the occasion in very casual wear.

Talking at the event, Zayed said that he is obsessed with shoes and has over 100 pairs of shoes for himself.

Aamir Khan, Zayed Khan and Suniel Shetty came together for the first time to participate in the commemorative walk with Montessori school children.

The event was organized to generate awareness about Montessori Method of learning. Eight Montessori schools from Mumbai conducted a walk down Haji Ali yesterday. Atul Agnihotri is currently, busy casting for his next film Hello and he is surely having a tough time doing that. Few weeks back, Zayed Khan walked out of the film due to “date problems” and now, it is Celina Jaitley who has left the project.

Atul however, covers up saying that this is all a part the process of finalizing a film. Now, Zayed Khan has been replaced by Sohail Khan while isha Koppikar takes over Celina’s role in the film.

Hello is based one the novel One Night at a Call Centre by Chetan Bhagat. Atul says that since this story is about various events that take place in just one night, it is important to shoot the film in one schedule.
